Dr. Sanjana Saraf is a licensed clinical psychologist in practice since 2007. She was a Sr. Consultant with Park Hospital & Max Healthcare (Delhi & Gurgaon) and has now fully transitioned to her private practice. Psychotherapy, Counselling & Assessments are conducted in-person at her clinic as well as online via video call.

Dr. Sanjana Saraf (Ph.D., M.Phil.) is one of the few certified Clinical psychologist & Psychotherapist (RCI, IACP) in Gurgaon. She obtained her Ph.D. in Psychology from University of Delhi and was awarded the ICSSR (Indian Council of Social Science Research) fellowship for the same. She completed and secured the first position in her residency program (M.Phil) in Clinical Psychology from IHBAS (Institute of Human Behaviour & Allied Sciences). IHBAS is one of the few, oldest and most reputed mental health & neurology government hospitals of India.
She is also a member of the Global Clinical Practice Network (GCPN)-World Health OrganiSation (WHO).

Specialisations

Dr. Sanjana Saraf specialises in treating psychological disorders like depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD), eating disorders, PTSD, borderline personality disorder etc via psychotherapy. She takes special interest in treating mental health problems of women like postpartum depression, body image disturbances, eating disorders, trauma-related issues, psychological disorders arising out of cultural/ societal stressors.  
She has been trained extensively in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Humanistic & Existential psychotherapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Schema therapy and parts of psychodynamic psychotherapy.
